The Gainesville Heart & Vascular Group(GHVG) provides full-time and full-service cardiology care to the Gainesville, Georgia community and surrounding areas.

The GHVG has provided cardiology services in Gainesville since 1994, when Dr. David Johnson established the Gainesville Heart Group. Since then, the practice has grown to seven physicians and two nurse practitioners. With the addition of physicians proficient in peripheral vascular disease management, we have recently changed our name to Gainesville Heart and Vascular Group. We provide the same expertise and services you expect in any large metropolitan city, but without any of the hassles of a large city. Our physicians have been instrumental in making the Northeast Georgia Medical Center being rated in the top 5% in the nation for cardiovascular care for six consecutive years.
